  2. Long time no see. I've really missed your writing. You have the ability to draw the reader in and make him feel like I'm there. More than once I have been startled by someone calling my name because I was so engrossed in the stories. Thanks. I hope to read more.

  3. Logan: Thank you - I'm delighted you like the stories. I can't promise to pick up the pace at all - my speed seems to be about one or two stories per year. But I'm tickled that you want more!

  4. Mille merci. P, as ever, a real pleasure, always worth the wait. I read and reread your work with immoderate satisfaction. "Age (time) cannot wither nor custom stale your infinite variety"! So looking forward to more. Logan's comment (above) about hearing my name called is equally real for me. I hear and feel the call. I hear it calling me from inside your tale, inside that world: a splendid act of seduction.

  8. I'm not interested in death and dismemberment at all, but I just wanted to say how captivating the story and the characters were. I couldn't help but to read the whole thing! You are so very talented.
